We can also provide health certificates or medical certificates for work, visas, or life insurance, arrange alcohol and drug testing, and much more. Contact us with any questions or to make a booking – we always respond within 24 hours.
If anything is detected that requires a follow-up, BizMed will assist you in taking the next steps. In some cases, the doctor may determine that it is necessary to schedule a follow-up with BizMed within an appropriate timeframe.

Medical Examination with Doctor
The third step in BizMed's health check is a physical doctor's visit. The medical examination takes place at BizMed's clinic at Malmskillnadsgatan 37 in Stockholm and the time allocated for this is 30-45 minutes. The medical examination begins with an ECG with a nurse and measurement of blood pressure and oxygen saturation. During the medical examination, the doctor summarizes the health declaration and the results from the sampling. A physiological examination is then carried out both based on a standard protocol and adapted based on what emerged from the health declaration and sampling. Sampling
The second step involves taking blood samples, which can be done at any Unilabs location. The samples are then sent to an accredited laboratory for analysis. You can read more here about which samples are included. Based on your health declaration, specialized tests may also be ordered. Additionally, you can choose to add tests such as a PSA test (SEK 200). If you wish to add any tests, please contact BizMed in advance or note your request in the comments section when booking.
Digital Health Declaration
The first step of the health check is a digital health declaration. This declaration is developed in collaboration with specialist doctors, psychologists, and work environment experts. It is sent to you via email or SMS immediately after booking, providing BizMed’s doctors with a solid foundation to individually tailor the sampling and doctor’s visit. All questions are based on validated, evidence-based research. The goal is for you to reflect on how various aspects of your health, such as sleep and diet, are functioning, which will then be the foundation in the Medical Exam with your doctor.

Complete blood count (CBC)
Provides a basic picture of the body's blood cells and can reveal anemia, infections or other blood diseases.
CRP and SR
Two important markers that show whether the body is carrying an infection or a chronic inflammatory condition.
Lipid profile (Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides)
A classic analysis of blood lipids that helps assess the risk of cardiovascular disease.
ApoA1, ApoB, Lp(a)
Provides a more detailed insight into fat balance and the risk of atherosclerosis, especially in cases of hereditary heart problems.
Glucose, HbA1c, Insulin
Values that show how the body handles blood sugar and whether there is a risk of insulin resistance or diabetes.
Liver status – ALT, AST, ALP, GT, Bilirubin
Analyses that reveal liver effects from alcohol, diet, stress or medication – even without symptoms.
Pancreatic amylase
An enzyme that helps assess possible impact on the pancreas.
Creatinine, eGFR, Urea
Important tests to evaluate kidney function and prevent early kidney damage.
Electrolytes (Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphate)
Essential substances for the body's cells, nerves, muscles and heart to function normally.
TSH, free T4, possibly free T3
Provides a clear picture of thyroid function, which affects weight, energy and well-being.
Vitamin D, B12, Folate, Ferritin, Iron
